Feathered Centerpiece Help>>>

Hey Girls,

I really love this centerpiece, I got it off the centerpeice thread here, but I have no idea where to start with this. Do any of you know how I can get. Does a florist do this?? Do I have to make myself...what about that vase. I am so lost with this - I don't even know where to start. I tried to look online but no luck, can some of you help.

Thanks Guys>

laudipop... an 04 bride made them for her wedding. Check out her review on the bridal review page. I think she posted the instructions. Or try to FM her.
