I am getting married 2/15/13 and will be going on our honeymoon that week (President's Week) I know that it is going to be a bit pricier that week to begin with- but does anyone have suggestions for locations for that time of year? Locations that aren't as expensive?

If you do all inclusive try sandals. I booked sandals st Lucia!!! Try sandals websites too for other locations

Jamaica has low airfare and reasonable hotel rates. I found that airlines did not always fly to St. Lucia all year round in winter. You would have to check that out. Turks & Caicos has low airfare on Jet Blue most of the time but the island itself is not cheap to stay on.
DR has good rates and I heard the Excellence resorts are very good. Airfare is not always that cheap though. Mexico is always a good choice and college does not have off presidents week so it should not be packed like during April break.

This is the same week we are going for our honeymoon. I havent started pricing out anything yet but I'm scared LOL I'm trying to go somewhere we can get more bang for our buck.

It's not as bad as you think in February, only when you are going to places like Disney or certain popular caribbean destinations for families. An adult resort should not be overcrowded.

I am going to costa rica that time this year...its not their rainy season and prices werent too bad there is a ton to do outdoors

Mexico always has great rates during school breaks. We did our HM during christmas break and we went there because it was much cheaper to fly there than the Caribbean. The water is beautiful and there is tons to do!
