I think we just had our photographer and DJ, MC, if your having a videographer than he would be there, and yes you do count them.

Re: feeding the vendors
But you should not be charged full price for vendors, as they are not drinking. I've been quoted 1/2 price for vendors & kids.

Re: feeding the vendors
vendors don't count as part of your minimum b/c the per person price is cheaper.

What is you don't make your minimum? Can you count the vendors as guests then?

$50 for chicken fingers or a burger? rediculous! it's not like they're going to drink anything other than soda or Shirley Temples.

Unfortunately, vendors do not count towards your minimum. That’s what I have heard from a few halls.

Heehee, no you won't work them to death!
Definitely call and ask how many are coming...I had to feed:
My particular hall would have allowed me to count vendors toward my minimum, bu they would have been full price. Because I met the minimum, vendors and kids were half price. But it's never good t assume, so call your hall and call your vendors.
Happy planning!

Re: feeding the vendors
If I do not meet the minimum, the vendors will count as guests. If I meet the minimum with my guests, then I get a discount... not sure what it is.

I was told that vendors are 1/2 price AFTER my minimum is met. I can use the vendors towards my minimum.
