whoever stays during your reception.

You will need to talk to you hall about the charge. Mine is 50% after meeting the minimum. They do not eat at any of the table. Each hall is different so just ask them.

What about a 10-member band???

Check your contracts with your vendors. the fact that we have to feed our band (6 people) is specifically stated in our contract with the band. We are also feeding photo and video. the hall charges us abotu half the price of a guest for vendors.

Ours does too!

Anyone staying at the reception should be fed:

DJ or Band Members (all of them)
Photographer and assistant
Videographer and assistant
DOC and assistant
and anyone else that will b staying for your reception.

Check with your hall though. My hall does 1/2 price for vendors, and if they are a house vendor they are free (unfortunately we are not using any house vendors, however we are very happy with our decisions on our vendors so it does not matter to us).

we fed everyone. to be honest i think it is quite rude if you dont. these people are with you ALL Day and to not offer them dinner (at half price no less) is just plain cheap and rude..

sorry, jmo..

i have spoken to many vendors about this and i can't even imagine not offering your photo guy dj, or video guy something to eat!!!

With the 50% meals - is it just sandwiches, or do they get the regular main dish?
