So, I came home from school on Tuesday (I am getting my Master's), and my invitations had arrived, so FH and I looked at everything that had come. He then tells me he wants to name the tables after Yankees. My first thought was that it was a bit like a Bar Mitzvah. So I kind of shot him down, and I think I hurt his feelings . Now that I am thinking it over, I did see a wedding that had that on that show Four Weddings, and it is our wedding, no one else's. I also want him to feel like he is a part of the whole process. So I decided to roll with it and will surprise FH with new seating cards which will allow for the new table names!

I think doing personalized names on the table is cute and a unique way to show your personality. My new last name will be Sweet so we are going to table names as different sweets. I think Yankees table names will be cute!!

That's so nice of you!! - sometimes we just have to choose our battles and remember whats important.
I think we are doing personalized table names either places that are important to us or neighborhoods in Manhattan because our first apartment was there and we both love and miss the city.

me and FH are complete opposites, we keep going nah to eachother... makes it really difficult to get anything done of course.
