feeling OH so guilty right now!!

So.....i just got home from work (very tired...but that is pretty much every day lately)....FH had the box of cheeze nips out, so i ate like half the box, b/c i was of course hungry and couldnt wait till we eat dinner. now i am sitting my a** on the comp. while FH goes to the park to play soccer!!!! i LOVE going to the park! i just havent been wanting to do anything really physical lately. i need to get out of this slump SOOOO badly!

I am the same way right now. I was so into the gym for so long and for the last two weeks I go every so often. I can't get going. I need to start up again.

i get the same way! and it gets bad when i stay home and start feeling guilty for staying home i have a bowl of ice cream....then i feel even worse! and it *****! i am always soo tired and i can`t find anything to help!! i know thats no help to you either, sorry!!
