Definitely check out The East Wind's Country Gardens, Giorgios, and The Vineyard Caterers. I'm thinking you can definitely get them to a nice price range!

Just a suggestion, but did you ever think of July 3rd or 4th? That was mentioned to us when we were looking as a way to cut costs since those days fall in the middle of the week (so it's cheaper) and you get July 4th off.
Also, I know it's been mentioned, but seriously check out Crest Hollow. I got it for less than $100 per person including the tax and gratuity. Just when you go in to speak with them, don't be afraid to negotiate!!! You'd be surprised at what they might just throw in! Besides, their grounds and rooms are simply gorgeous!!

I was looking for a place that hosted one wedding at a time also. Try Timberpoint Country Club in Great River. I had my wedding there & everything was perfect!!! We had 100 person minimum, the food was amazing, the staff was outstanding & on top of everything &just loved the feel of the place when we walked in ! Another Lessing's location you should try is Smithtown Landing.

Vineyards is pretty and is about $100 per person when I priced it out. Unfortunately, Giorgio's will def. be over $100 and I'm pretty sure booked through November.

Have you thought about moving the wedding to winter timing? The prices should drop a good amount come November.

I was going to say Vineyard Caterers, very pretty and great to deal with, was just a little too small for us.

You can definitely try Sans Souci in Sea Cliff. Their minimum is 50 and the max is 140. It is one wedding at a time and the food is good! Their pricing is excellent, since they don't advertise and don't pay to market themselves. Worth a shot

Have you tried Beach Club Estate?? It's the partner to Windows on the Lake and when I went the pricing was $10 cheaper pp than Windows. The ceremony location outside is absolutely beautiful! it's a very small intimate setting. Also, try different times and days like a Thursday night or Saturday daytime wedding. Morning weddings of course r the cheapest!

I can break down some of what we did.

We had a morning ceremony at the church and a daytime reception. We asked the RH to throw in a few more food items, which they did, and threw in our wedding cake. We also kept our guest list within reason and didn't invite every friend our parents have ever had.

We did not do uplighting. We booked a one man show with the house DJ (also a vender on here) and got a great price

I kept my centerpieces low, and nixed a bridal party. Flowers can really add up.

We booked one car for us.....not having a bridal party helped there, too.

I shopped around for invitations and kept them fairly simple.

I did the STDs and RD invites myself.

check out Swan Club.

We got a great deal that really worked for us. Our guarantee was 75.

If you are open to any date and are on a budget then I would seek off peak dates and/or do a Friday night or Sunday. It's definitely doable. Good luck
