No, I'm not completely crazy. And I think anyone who believes 'with all their heart' that ANY team is a shoo-in for WINNING the World Series is delusional.

Though they have a very good chance, but then again they are ALWAYS contenders

not sure I'm understanding this bet.

So I win ONLY if the Yanks win the world series? And how exactly do you lose -- you'd lose ONLY if the Yanks WON the WS?

What do the Mets have to accomplish (aside from nothing, as they usually do..)?

Though I'm not sure I'd take you up on this bet anyhow.. the simple fact being that 'IF' I were to lose, I could NEVER, EVER bring myself to wearing BoSox garb. I loathe the Sox, whereas I merely dislike the Mets ... its just too dangerous for me.

Sorry, but I think this bet is more than a little lopsided.. for now, I think I'll politely decline

and as I said, I just couldn't ever bring myself to wear RedSuxx attire under ANY conditions .. bet is far too risky to undertake under these terms
