I'm not one to start topics, but I gotta hand it to my DW. She knows how to buy for me. Today was my birthday and she bought me an iPod mini. It holds 4 gigs of music (around 1,000 songs)
I've been spending the last few hours transferring my entire CD collection onto it. This has to be one of the greatest inventions in recent memory.

Happy Birthday DMAG! My FH got one last May and has an unnatural attachment to it! I just wanted to suggest a few accessories. I think Btrflygirl said to get the remote and the case...those are key. Check out the stereo connection kit. Also, the car port thing is really good. I strongly suggest the Monster iCarPlay Wireless That's the best one.

That's what FH got me for my birthday. ISn't it the BEST? I have a firewire port (makes song tranfers faster), the dock (charges while I xfer songs) and the arm band (for the gym)!
Mary's add on's are what I have too, I would say get those, they help so much!

I don't have FireWire on my latop, but I uploaded about 150 songs to the iPod last night and it only took about 5 minutes (if that) using my USB port.
The carport and a case are going to be my first accessories to pick up!
