Found a dress I absolutely love but was way over my budget. This was $6,800 (not including the belt, additional $500). If it was half I would have purchased it on the spot, but I can't justify myself for spending that much. Has anyone been in this situation?

Ooh! On the Vows website, you can request a notification for a particular dress. I also believe you can call and request that they search for the dress.

That is an absolutely gorgeous dress. Like others said- if you show them this dress I'm sure there's something out there very similar!

i went 2500 over budget- granted my parents are paying for my dress and didn't give it a second thought about the cost but if you need to be budget conscious i say keep looking and if nothing compares i am totally for blowing a budget for a dream dress!

Tere is a James Clifford that is soo similar to this except it had sleeves whichbtheynsai can't be cut off it was in a trunk shoe. I was waiting to purchase it bc I couldn't say yes quite yet. Call bridal reflections. I'm sure he ended up making it. The only reason I didn't get it was bc I feel in love w the dillon more by enzoani

Try Pronovias they have very similar lace dresses and very affordable!

THIS!! Pronovias NYC is AMAZING and more in budget- you can find a gorgeous gown like that in the high 2's/3's and some in the 4/5 range if you go to the elie saab line through Pronovias... They specialize in lace and all of the gowns are handmade in Spain- beautiful salon and amazing staff- request Alanna!

Especially the 2nd one (lavina) it is gorgeous and very similar to the one in the pic above...You could always splurge on the original belt if you've just GOT to have it. Although I believe the overall look can certainly be done for much less.
