Fell off the WW wagon- HARD

Fell off the WW wagon- HARD

Ugh..... I did NOTHING but eat last week when I was in NY. I mean, I was SUCH a friggin' pig. I would eat a WHOLE SLEEVE of Oreos in 1 sitting. We also went to Cheesecake Factory and had dinner, AND dessert one night. I ate bagels (WITH butter), PIZZA, black and white cookies, M&Ms, the aforementioned Oreos...It was like I couldn't stop. By the way - I DID work out almost every morning to try to ofset the caloric orgy....

Needless to say, my scale at home said I'd gained 4 pounds on Wednesday night. I was too much of a wimp to go 'officially' weigh-in this week. I'm hoping I've done a little damage control by being good this week, so hopefully I won't have a large gain come Tuesday.

Sometimes, being with friends and family is harder!! You revert back to some of the bad habits and it is a lot of sitting around and talking. Don't stay away too long, the meeting will help you get back on track.

Go back!!! Even if you KNOW you gained weight...so what? If they tell you or don't tell you a number on a scale, it still exists.
This ONE weekend is not going to make you fat! You can totally do this. No one is perfect and everyone has a weekend or a week like that...everyone! The difference is being able to regroup at some point, wipe the slate clean and just start over again--which you know you can do, because you were doing it! Don't give up!!! YOu can do this!!!

OMG!!! So TRUE!!! There's something about being around my family that makes me eat like a pig!

ETA: Don't give up... I did that last year and it took a year to get back into WW. Push it aside and learn from it. I had a horrible weekend and am starting clean today. Good luck! We're here for you!
