Fellow basement, first floor people

Okay, being snowed in, I am HATING this apartment.

The people upstairs have a little girl who is always screaming, they are always moving furniture around, practically every day, or at least that's what it sounds like. I want to pay for an interior decorator and some gorila glue. A few weeks ago the girl decided to drop something hevay from a height and it broke the lightbulbs in our light fixtures...and this morning while we were still in bed, we got to enjoy the sounds of them vacuuming..OMG! What could be louder than that...AND we're in a absement, and the door that would ordinarily let the people u[stairs come down is boarded up, but not sealed, it's alos off their kitchen and our bedroom, so i get to smell their cooking....and it just lingers...and they LOVE to cook fish!

OMG, I can TOTALLY relate. I'm in a basement apt also & they took up ALL their carpets to have hardwood floors, which looks beautiful I'm sure---but now all I hear is certain people walking in high heeled boots, kids jumping the stairs and the dog running back & forth all night. It is ridiculous. I came back from bf's tonight for the first time since the snow & they did not shovel a path for me, my dog was behind a foot of snow and they did not even shovel the spot in front of their house. I am SOOOOOOOO ready to moveeeeeeeee
