Female Gyms?

Do they even make those? Any in the Nassau Area?

I'm so self concious about going to a gym with guys I've tried and I just lose stamina...do they have female gyms..(not curves)?

I agree that most men aren't there to check out ladies. I go every morning to the gym at 6AM. And, it is better because it is less crowded and people are there just to work out and go so it's not as social. I go to Synergy- I just joined last week. I LOVE it. If you want to select an all ladies gym, there is also Ladies Workout Express.

i go to the one in LB & sometimes i go to the one in Franklin Sq. depends on my mood lolhahaha
