FF Brides..or brides not getting married at a church..

How does the rehearsal work? I'm getting married at Flowerfield on a Friday night. Do they hold rehearsal's at the place? Usually people have it either a few days before or a week before- but I would think the Friday before is booked with a wedding...

Do you just not rehearse - go to a dinner and hope for the best?

We're getting married at the RH. Ceremony starts at 7:30, so we'll probably do the rehearsal around 6pm or so. We're getting ready and taking pics at RH, so will be there all day.

oh so you do a quick run through right before the guests come and you actually get married?

do you think its weird to walk down the aisle in your gown pretending and then doing it again later? like it should only be done once in your gown?

maybe i'm just being superstitious!

actually, now that i'm thinking about it, at my sister's wedding, she wasn't part of the rehearsal. it was only the bridal party. the reason was the banquet manager didn't want her to see the room until the moment it was time for her to walk down the aisle.

our bm just lines us up like we're supposed to be and then we go. imo rehearsals are kinda silly anyway... everyone knows what they're supposed to do

ok this helps! thanks girls..

I think I like the idea of have the Bridal party go take a practice and me and FH dont do that- maybe take pics together..before the real thing begins!

I am getting married on Friday at RH and having a rehearsal on Wednesday night at RH.

I has asked about this too - they told me I can get there up to 2 hours early (earlier if I want to pay extra) to rehearse/take pics/get ready/whatever

I has asked about this too - they told me I can get there up to 2 hours early (earlier if I want to pay extra) to rehearse/take pics/get ready/whatever

what do you mean pay extra????

is this something new?

we are getting married at Flowerfield on a Saturday night. we are having the rehearsal on the thursday before.they actually said it's an hour long process with the bridge and aisle and all

idk if it is new. But on one of the sheets we got in our folder it says that you may go on the premises up to 2 hours early for pictures/getting ready/whatever with no additional charge. Any time beyond the 2 hours it was like $200/hr. If you want, I can go find the paper and tell you the exact wording.
