FG Dress Situation

The dress the FG's are wearing I picked out online. One of my FG's already has her dress ordered from the website. The other 2 FG's haven't had their dresses ordered. Since its being ordered from a website I'm a little nervous that the website may stop carrying the dress or put it on backorder.

Wedding is almost 6 months away...when should I say something to the other 2 FG's mothers about getting the dress ordered???

Ohhh I would totally say something.....MY FG's momma is being a pain i n my a$$ too about the dresses! She swears she is going to have her wear some dress left over from a previous wedding. Ohhhhhhhhhhh no!
