When I ask you to followup with the missing RSVP's on your side of the family and you say 'so and so aren't coming', I assume you spoke with them and they said so. Not that you assumed they aren't coming since they didn't say anything about the wedding the last time we saw them.

Why am I getting emails from late RSVPers that say they can't change their RSVP online to Yes because it's already a no.
