They have sooo many stores. A lot that Tanger doesn't have too. I am looking forward to visiting Coach for my BM gifts. And hopefully FH will find something for his GM. Wish us luck! I'll let you girls know how it goes.
Update: So we went this morning and wow what an awesome place! Parking was a b*tch though so we paid 8 bucks to valet. I wound up having so many wrislets to choose from (much more than tanger had) but finally settled on these. I couldnt get over how many stores they had and with the weather being so nice and cool it was a perfect day! I definitely recommend that you make the trip!
They were originally $98 but I got them for $56

FH is from Monroe. His house is literally around the corner from the commons. Around the holidays, it is virtually impossible to drive anywhere in his town. But whenever we visit his parents...I go to the commons!

It a type of event thats run every yr in tuxedo park, ny that appears a bit strange to those who are going for their first time... (I know FH & I were like... uhhh what are we doing here LoL) but we keep coming back yr after yr... This is the last weekend it is open... closes at 7pm...
its basically a medieval times type of thing, but you walk around, see shows, visit shops (theres a great candle making one there... its amazinnnn). It can turn into a big drinking fest bc they encourage it there...I go there for the mead, its honey wine)...you can play games like throwing axes, archery, etc... lot of fun, and they really get the crowd really into it

its like 18-20 bucks per person to get in... and once inside (altho its outdoors.. lol) you pay for whatever food and drinks you get... like they have 'steak on a stake', hugeee chicken legs, and other stuff... i dunno why, but their big thing is pickles... they push around barrels filled with pickles (but they are sooo tasty) ...
