FH and I are moving in together!!

I didn't want to say anything until I was 100% sure... still only about 99% but I hope the 1% won't bite me in the a$s!

We got an AMAZING deal on renting a house in New Hyde Park... it's a little more than we planned on spending on an apartment but this way we have a whole house to ourselves!!

We're meeting with them next week to work out the details but they basically told us it was ours.

Also - if anyone has any friends looking for a place to live, I'm trying to find a roommate to replace me in the house I rent now. FM me with any questions.

Still not 100% sure yet - we're supposed to meet with the owners next week (they live upstate) to get a definite move in date.

But I HOPE it's by December 1st, bc I gave my notice that I'll be moving out of the house I'm in now by then!

yay!!!!!! it's alot of fun!!!

my only advice is to try and decide who is responsible for what chores, it makes everything run pretty smooth in our house.
