I didn't want to say anything until I was 100% sure... still only about 99% but I hope the 1% won't bite me in the a$s!
We got an AMAZING deal on renting a house in New Hyde Park... it's a little more than we planned on spending on an apartment but this way we have a whole house to ourselves!!
We're meeting with them next week to work out the details but they basically told us it was ours.
Also - if anyone has any friends looking for a place to live, I'm trying to find a roommate to replace me in the house I rent now. FM me with any questions.
Congrats! December 1st would be a good date, because I am starting to think everyone is moving on that date, haha. FH and I are moving into a house apartment on December 1st. Picking out furniture is so much fun! Good luck!
