Absolutely - exciting and yet terrifying! I just keep thinking that within the next 3 months every dime that we have been savings for the past couple of years (both individually and as a couple) is going to be gone! Poof!

It's in East Islip - south of Montauk Highway. Basically where I'm living now (in West Babylon south of Montauk) but further east.

We closed 7/10, moved 7/17 and are getting married 9/4....I keep saying I am SO happy we did this, I LOVE where we live! Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks, but we already did the inspection thing. We weren't going to sign a contract until we did. This house passed with flying colors! Not like the other one with the buried oil tank problem.

YAY! Congrats!!!! We have the same tentative closing date!!!!!! We're in the mortgage application process so now we're playing the waiting game! We are seriously crazy for doing it so close to the wedding! My head is spinning! If I'm not thinking about the wedding, I'm thinking about the house. CRAZY!!!!! but SOOOOO EXCITING!!!! Congrats!!
