so FH and I have decided to refinance even though we have to pay for closing cost again interest are crazy low we will be going from 6.37 % rate to 4% rate Just thought Id share LOL

your getting an amazing deal if you can bring yourinterest down. i know its cash out of your pocket now, but it will be money in your pocket in the long run.
and dont forget to ask for a CEMA (assignment of mortgage) you save a ton of money on mortgage taxes! it will depend on who you currently have a mortgage with, but FM me if you need more info

Omg i know! Get this! Mine were 1200 when i bought my house. Theyre almost 7k now and my house is tiny!!
Be happy you dont live in an incorporated village. My parents live in lynbrook and pay like 15k and their house is on a 50 x 100 plot!

I know I hate it they go up all the time my house is on 40x100 and my taxes are $8300 We bought the house 2 years ago and they were $7500 Our house is small too but we are on the water so it make the taxes higher and they are trying to turn it into a village ahhhhhhhhh
