FH and I booked our Hall yesterday!!!!!!!

So yesterday FH and I finally agreed on a hall...but we wanted to bring my parents to check it out cause I knew my dad would open his mouth if he felt we weren't getting enough for our money haha

Well we arrived at Jericho Terrace (And it was a close call with The Watermill but decided we loved the room at JT better). Vinny was such a pleasure to work with. He threw some extras in and was so helpful. He showed my parents around and they fell in love as well!!

So we BOOKED!!! I can't believe it now I know we are finally getting married. Our date is on a Friday, September 26th 2008!!!!!

haha I am sooo excited and Fh is too but he is said to think about our savings account slowly diminishing now haha

im actually going to a wedding at JT this sunday so ill have a review

ooo have fun at the wedding!!

And yes I can't wait to hear how the food is. Vinny was very nice though he offered to have a lunch set up for FH and I sometime this week to taste the food since FH leaves on June 27th and wont be home for a year...he will miss the tasting of the food when that is normally scheduled so Vinny offered to let us try it before FH leaves !!

hmmm maybe 5-5:30 to give enough time for pics

not sure yet which hotel, we were even thinking of staying in the city but not sure...some people who get married at JT stay at garden city hotel and theres also a hotel that starts with Wynn i think wynn gate and they provide shuttle service to and from JT which is a plus...hopefully someone can answer the question about the hotel not 100% sure if its wynn gate

for the hotels i am having my guests stay at the Winngate Inn - you should definitely call them up bc you can block out rooms and you dont pay anything but they let them go a month before if no one books them - i called and got ALL the information the NEXT day in the mail

and as for the GCH - the package was $$$$$$$$ but WORTH it (IMO) for the night of the wedding - only we will be staying there bc FH is too nice and if people want to party or something he will stay out forever! LOL we are trying not to tell anyone where we are staying for this reason!

You're thinking of the wingate inn, it's on stewart ave in garden city. FH and I checked it out, it's very pretty

Yeah I know FH is going to WANT to party with everyone after the wedding so maybe we will have everyone at the same hotel because he will complain if not ahha
