We've been going to the gym a lot together (mostly every day) and I've been taking spin class 3 times a week on average. I also try to switch up the cardio I do at the gym (treadmill, elliptical, stairmill, etc).

omg spin class is awesome! You sweat so much. Well, I had one bad instructer who was boring but there is a guy instructor on wall st nysc that is like a drill sargent
OMG i sweat like a pig. i'd probably drown everybody in the gym with my sweat
