FH and I got an LCD 46 inch TV tonight...It's huge. I wanted a 40 but FH said it will be in our future home. While he was setting it up and I was draping fall garland & little pumpkins around it and he was getting so annoyed. Im such a typical girl...clueless about electronics.

omg i know, it was soooooo hard to convince fh to get a 37 inch lcd for the bedroom. any bigger and it would have taken up the whole room he wanted a 50 something inch for the living room next but i said no bigger than a 47 i guess. men are ridiculous.

My FH and I moved in together last fall and when we got home from Thanksgiving dinner, he had prepared a whole like, sales pitch on why we should get a new big screen tv and why we should go to the black friday sale at circuit city. So, blinded by love, I stupidly said 'yes let's do it if you really want to' and we wound up getting there at 2 am, freezing our you-know-whats off for 4 hours on line, barely surviving the stampede for the door once it opened, more lines inside... and finally emerged triumphant with a new 50 inch flat screen, a busted up hip and I threw up on the side of my building when we got home. So when he bitches about me watching grey's anatomy and desperate housewives on it, I remind him of what I went through.
So, CONGRATS on your new tv And be thankful you didn't have to go through hell for it!! I promise it will make for a happier home, haha. It's nice when the guys get to have something that they really want since we go nuts with decorating and stuff.

Congrats on the new TV. It is true you will have a TV in every room. We already live together and we have a TV in every room thanks to FH. Including Bathroom and Kitchen which is so ridiculous. I always ask him how many times he has watched a TV in those two rooms. NEVER!!!!!!
