FH and I having trouble 'sleeping' together

Haha, get your mind out of the gutter!!!

I dont know what it is lately, we've never really had a problem sleeping in the same bed together but the last few weeks have been tough. He'll start snoring, which wakes me up, then I can't fall back to sleep and start tossing and turning, which keeps him up. Its a vicious cycle. Any suggestions? Anyone experience this?

fh snores all the time. I can never sleep. I actually got him the breath easy strips and it kinda helps him. Try that.

kick him on the couch like I do mine! I sleep with ear plugs and a fan to drown him out and even then sometimes he is too loud!

How many bedrooms do you have?? lol FH snores bad and if he wakes me up i can't go back to sleep...so i just go to the next bedroom and sleep in there..lol...sad i know but i need my sleep. If that's not an option roll him on his side?? I was condidering breath right strips too!

Mine wakes me up with snoring sometimes. I roll him on his side or wake him up and say, you're snoring, roll over. He took 'snore-stop' tablets one night when it was really bad and that seems to help -- but unfortunately he will not wear breathe right strips. doesn't want anything on his nose when he's sleeping. fortunately it's only bad when he's stuffed up.

Thanks everyone. He snores when he's on his back, and I'll just elbow him (I have a friend who will tickle her DH when he snores, but I'm not so diplomatic about it!). He's pretty good about rolling over and then he stops, but the damage is done by then already.

OMG This is my biggest problem too. IT is terrible I am such a light sleeper and he sleeps like a rock! He plays ice hockey at night and comes in after 1:00 2 -3 nights a week which wakes me up. THen he conks out and IM up listening to him snoring. Nothing works the elbow me screaming. HE just moves and falls right back asleep and the snoring starts again. We did the nose strips and he is so allergic to the glue that sticks them to your face. UGHhhhh

What are we to do ladies????

never thought I'd complain about cuddling.... but FH likes to cuddle WAY more than I do (I need space when I sleep) and he CONSTANTLY MOVES.. which wakes me up every 5 minutes... when I give up trying to fall back asleep in the morning and get up... he rolls over and goes back to sleep...
