FH and I just had a big fight! I need hugs...

I started dieting as of the 1st of the year and tonight I had steak and salad for dinner. He accused me of having potatoes with dinner and saying 'what happened to your diet?' It blew up into a huge argument where I kicked him off of the couch and threw him out of my parents house. I constantly have my weight on my mind and he knows how sensitive I am.

It's not the first time he's done it. My sister says he's trying to help but he doesn't realize that when he does that it only reminds me that I'm fat. I'm crying and feeling very blue right now. I need hugs please...
