FH COMES HOME TONIGHT!!!!

Sorry I just had to crash...and not trying to make you guys feel bad for me when I say this but...

FH is in the Marine Corps and is stationed in San Diego. We have been together for 3 years. SO that means his whole Marine Career... But every couple months we would see eachother...but now...I last saw him for Christmas/New Years and wont see him until the end of May!!

And the worst part is he is home for a month till the end of June but then leaves for Japan for a whole year!!!

but thankfully once he comes home from Japan he is out of the Marine Corps and all mine...and we get married!!!

AWWWWWWWWW i am soooo sorry, i can just imagine how you feel...I sound kind of stupid now making a fuss about a few days...But at least when he does get back it will all be over with and no more being separated from eachother

Oh no...complain all you want...I DO... but I guess I have become used to the feeling of missing him kinda..or knowing he isnt with me. But the phone is a wonderful thing. Thank god for mobile to mobile mintues

But it definitely does make you appreciate them so much more. And thats what FH and I said about when he goes to Japan...distance definitely makes the heart grow founder!!!

I get that way also. After we got engaged he had to go home upstate and all I wanted to do was be with him all the time. Its hard but it is great when they come home from not seeing them for a few days.

He left for vegas friday morning and comes back tonight at midnight...I knew i was gonna miss him but I didnt think this much...Especially yesterday but thats bc it was his birthday...I am sitting here counting down how much time until i see him. I got so sad yesterday ...Even he was saying how weird it is to not see me for so long and he doesnt know what to do with himself, hes like a lost puppy hahaha which describes perfectly how i feel.

Does anyone else go through this, i mean after just a few days to feel like this?

I don't live with FH. He lives on the queens/nassau border and I'm in suffolk. I miss him all week But we spend the entire weekend together. Except for when I have to work weekends.

I just thought I'd throw in my situation too! I totally understand missing the FH! Mine is in NC and has been since last June. We see each other every 4-5 weeks but it still stinks!

And at the same time the phone would be great for us but he works 7 days a week and his only time off is when we visit....(he's in his first year residency training and basically is being beat up! )He was on 24 hour call last night and lately he seems to sleep the entire day after a call day so we won't talk tonight either. Then i have class tomorrow and thursday night and he's back on call Friday! So it isn't fun - but you definitely get used to it! I've become quite a pro!

I know its so hard when you are used to being with the person all the time and then not seeing them for a little while...In about 30 mins i leave to go pick him up

girl im in your boat!!!

i live in queens and FH lives in LIndenhurst...

we only get sat nights and sun together.. if we are luckky... if school gets bad we can go weeks alone =(

hehe i love the 08' boards..too... sorry for crashing them

but YES i feel like that...i dont live with FH but we live 10 minz away from each other...and practically see each other everyday....2 days goes by...and im like so sadd... like ive never seen him lol

yeah exactly, we live 10-15 mins away from eachother and constantly stay over eachothers house, once in a while we'll sleep apart but yeah when someone is part of your everyday life it is so hard when you go a short period of time without them.
