FH day of wedding gift

so i know lots of bride & grooms exchange presents the day of the wedding... i'm searching for mine now & i have a question for all you ladies...

i'm getting my FH a necklace & they keep asking me for what size (in inches) i would like the necklace... i dont know what size to get!! FH doesnt have any other necklaces so i cant just compare & i dont want to ask him b/c then that will ruin my surprise!!!

he is about average size of a guy - about 5'8, 160lbs.... pics are in my albums if someone knows about this stuff & can give me an educated guess!!

I think guy's necklaces start at 22' and based on his height and weight that should be fine.
