We did ours about a month and a half ago and still nothing...hhmmm.
They did say 12 weeks though. We don't ned it until April.

did you apply at a post office? my dad applied for his at one post office and my mom applied at another... he got his in 3 weeks no expedite, and my mom got hers is 3 months... isnt that crazy??
we are applying for ours next week, and i'm trying to pick the best post office lol

I need to apply for mine...I'm totally procrastinating and FH keeps getting mad at me. He's like I don't know why you're planning this honeymoon for both of us...I'll be on some exotic island just me myself and my passport and you'll be honeymooning by yourself in the poconos waiting for your passport to come!!!!
