He's an electrician....he's in the union... right now there are over 300 people out of work in his union!!

Dh is an electrician too but not union.

Maybe they will rehire him in the spring?

my FH too is being layed off 2 weeks before our wedding
the people who owned his company sold it and the new owners are moving.................GREAT TIMING RIGHT
he has been with the company 7 yrs too
its not a money issue really (well it is but)
it put him in such a mood lately

Sunshine...... is he in IBEW union? local 1049 by any chance??? does he work for Cablevision?????? i can help him i think if he is........

No, unfortunately he's in IBEW 25.....but that was so nice of you to offer!! Hopefully he can find some side work off the books in the meantime!
