FH having a bad day

I always feel so bad when he has a bad day. He has to work out in the city all week, yesterday he look the LIRR and today he wanted to take his motorcyle to save $$$ well he got pulled over for no reason and now we have tickets to pay

just for being on a bike--- the cop said his bike makes to much noise-- then gave him a ticke for his helmet ( it was not a lligal one) umm he did not have his ins card so a ticket for that and driving w/a permit--

The Insur card is correctable, but the others , I'm sorry.....
