Ok, for the second time fh & I quit smoking yesterday. We quit almost two years ago and stayed smoke free for 1 & 1/2 years...then we started planning the wedding. I just can not gain the weight like last time.

That is really great good luck to you! I quite January 7th so it's been one year and 4 months! I cheated 3x and had one but I don't count it! You can do it!! Best of luck to you!!!

Congrats!!! Good for you 2!!!! replace smoking with excersing and you wont gain weight

Congratulations!!! My father was a heavy smoker for like 25 years before he quit, so stay focused you can do it!!!

I quit July 5th last year, it was tough, but you can do it, especially because you are quitting together.

congrats! thats one of the best things you both can do for yourselves. It will be great to start off your lives together as husband and wife smoke free and healthy!!!!!
