FH is a NERD!

But I love him anyway...he did this whole spreadsheet on google documents that...well...I am not sure what it does!!! This is what he wrote as a 'guide' for me to use it

I added auto-sums for columns I, J, K, L and M. You do NOT need to touch any of these columns. They are all formula based. Just enter the # into the Number Attending field and the spreadsheet will do the rest. TOTAL TO DATE equals the total amount of people who are actually coming. The over/under column tracks if we over or underestimated the amount of people coming. A positive number means that we have that amount of extra people are coming; +1 means that one more person than we estimated is coming. -1 means that one person who we thought was coming, actually isn't. It isn't hard to figure out. This should help us to gauge what our numbers will be like. If everything works out really well, number attending will be 200 and the Over/Under Estimated column would be -29. Notice that the Number Attending is Estimated Attendees minus Over/Under. The Over/Under Invited column is similar. It tracks how many more/less are coming than we invited. Ideally the sum of this column would be -74. Yes, I'm crazy, but you love me!

It makes perfect sense to me. I like how FH thinks. I am sooo bad I have a spreadsheet too..lol. I even estimate favors based on anticipated attendees.

That's my FH too...we have seperate spreadsheets for guest lists, gifts, and my shower... must be a guy thing...
