FH is driving me crazy...please participate in this poll so I can shut him up

We are getting married at the RH and I know alot of people dont get limos. Whats the piont is what I say but,.....FH says we're being cheap, mind you we have a tight budget. aslo I will be getting ready at the RH.
So for those of you that got or are getting married at the RH what did you do?
PLEASE respond so I can shut him up.

where exactly would this limo be taking you? i mean all the GM's & BM's would have to drive themselves there otherwise how do they get home that night??? I guess it wouldnt hurt to price out how much it would be to pick everyone up and just have them be dropped off at the RH....but you could probobly call a car service and just get like one of the airport vans??? its not like its going to be in any of the pictures. save money where you can! that money could go towards the honeymoon!

The thing is everyone is going to need a ride home if we do the limo but, they will have rides. If we didnt have limos they will still have rides. That isnt a problem. He wants a limo for when we leave as well so people can see us leave..... No one will see us, we will be one of the last ones to leave!!!

FH is the same way (we are also going to get married at the RH and we are in a tight budget) he want a limo (the big one) I think we are going to finish booking two one way limo to the RH or 1 (4 hrs limo to take the groomsmen and then pick me and my bm and take me to the RH) and then one car to pick us up.... It look that FH won this battle sorry

i don't think we're doing limos, we are taking pictures before the ceremony, which is at the RH, were also having a small BP. We'd have to bring our car there at some point anyway to get home.

Alot of places will do a pick up and drop off for maybe around 200. How were you planning on getting to the hall?

We got married at the Rh and hired a limo just to take us to the hotel at night! It was pretty cheap and worth it!!

i saw not limos just a town car for the end of the night and the honeymoon that is it

We are having a car pick us up at the end of the night, but no limo's other than that. We'll just carpool to the RH before the wedding.

I'd say you dont really need one to take you there but if Ant really wants one and you're concerned about how the bp will get home, wont their significant others who are not in the bp still need to get to your wedding? Then the bp members would get ride home.

We didn't have a limo. We got married at the RH and the hotel was about 4 miles away.

My friend is getting married at the RH also and she isn't getting a limo. They are just going to have someone drive them home after the wedding.

i live in central suffolk and my RH is in western nassau...so im gonna have limos pick up/ drop off there and home...that way we can all have fun and not worry about driving....hell even my aunts are thinking about getting a limo for the night.

we'll prob get a party bus of all of us , both sides of fam and fh & i... we'll br traveling from the bronx to LI and back so thats one of the main reasons why....

I didnt get married at the RH but maybe you could get yourselves a town car to pick you up at the end of the night. There is no reason for you to get a limo and you ARE the last ones to leave. I know we were the last ones to leave.

Right now I am thinking we will have a small car to take me and possibly my dad or BMs to the ceremony (Which is right next to the reception) and another car to take me and FH to wherever we are going after (hotel?)

I am in same situation as you. When we first started planning we agreed no limos since everything will take place in the RH. Now he says that he does not see himself driving his car to his wedding. I would rather spend the money elsewhere but since that is the only thing he really requested I may book them.
