Find out if his GMs are doing anything first. They took care of ALL those things for DH in Vegas so there was nothing for me to do. I tried to get him a shirt but it didn't get delivered in time.

i just called the front desk at the hotel and asked who i had to speak to... i honestly forgot who i ended up speaking to but they told me my options and i got the beer and sandwiches. and i gave em my credit cards info to bill it to.
