FH is justttt leaving the crane site from 5:30 am!!!

FH went in on his own this morning to see if anyone needed help with the aftermath of the crane accident. Unfortunately his job site is being shut down (the building that the crane was attached to) so he spent all day covering the entire building. (not to mention our rehearsal dinner was last night and he must be sooo exhausted). So now i'm sure FH will be out of work until something else picks up but he was one of the men in charge of that building. I think he feels sad that he and his men worked so hard that now it's not going to be completed not to mention they lost a friend. SO now im waiting for FH to get home. I just want to cheer him up but i dont know what to do. There was a full page picture of him in the NY Post today which i don't think he wanted in either. Just wanted to vent a little and tell you all how horrible of a situation this was and how it has truly affected all the workers involved!

The crane operator who died was someone FH used to hang out with often.

I read in the paper today that he was getting married in 3 weeks. My prayers go out to his fiance and family.

Awww I am so sorry.. My Dad is a crane operator but he will never work on those high rise ones. Im so sorry for you and FH's Loss!

aww im sorry to hear what happen. thank god ur fh is okay. and my prayers are with the family of the crane operator who passed away. dont worry things will work out for you guys, you will be in my prayers.

i truely understand, but out of everything he has his life....and another job will come along, my FH has a job interview tuesday....he's been working odds and end to do what he can, but it's really scary now with all of these accidents!! things will get better!
