me neither... I get them on my bday every year but this year we got engaged on my bday. I said once that i was sick of roses and now he NEVER gets me roses... i totally regret me and my big mouth. I get a 1800 flowers arrangement every year (boring). I know, I'm a brat. Should be happy to get anything.
tell him that you are loving roses again lol
he'll just tell me i'm crazy and shake his head like he always does!
say another flower then, say your new love is calla's, or maybe peonies lol or you can say you just discovered fire and ice roses-FH gets me this ALL the time bc it was the first flowers he gave me and it became this whole thing now
those are sooo pretty - my sister got sterling roses once and i loved them... i actually like roses, I just told him once not to waste his money for them on Vday, I'm sick of red roses, etc. So of course he thinks all roses are out. when i finally pick flowers for the wedding i'll get better versed in the terminology and pick a new favorite flower.
yeah i dont like red roses either, i do love yellow and also fire and ice roses. But everytime FH gives me flowers he waits for my reaction and asks if i like it, he always bothers me bc on our 2nd date which happened to be v-day he gave me flowers when i got in the car and i was so nervous that i just barely looked at them said thank you and threw them in the back![]()

i felt horrible bc fh said later that night that he was upset by that bc he went to 3 florists to find that particular flower and expected a better reaction and i just threw them in the back...i explained about how nervous i was lol but he still bothers me about it.
wow, that's really sweet of him. maybe he can give mine a few tips on romance!
