FH Is Soooo Cute!!!!

We just began looking at halls, which FH actually gets excited about going.. Then the other day I was looking in a bridal magazine I bought, and FH was looking over my shoulder. I was looking at place cards and different holders. And FH suggested if we could possibly attach a place card to a candle. I got so excited and showed him pictures of what you girls have done with the votives and attaching the vellum, and he can't wait to do them, he wants that job!!! We still have 2 years, but I'm glad he's just as excited as I am!!!!!

mine has the potential to get there, but so far has been really great. he likes to tease me a lot.

seriously, it has been great having him be so involved in everything. i truly feel like all the decisions we have made we have made together. with the exception of my dress.

i hope he stays as excited as mine is! it really helps out.

We haven't decided on a place yet... Right now our two top choices are the Swan Club & Leonards.. But we are still looking, just to make sure.... Oh, I hope FH doesn't turn in to Groomzilla, I kind of like him offering to go look at places, and he's comes up with the wackiest ideas.. But I'm just glad he's thinking about the details toooo....

Oh you have one of those too?? FH started out like oh honey whatever you want, it's girl stuff.. ha ha ha.. I'm thinking of buying him a shirt with Groomzilla on it..jeeze..

He had issues with the flowers.. the favors.. umm, don't even ask me how difficult it was to pick a date.. and the wedding is over a year away.. God Help me!!!

I didn't mean to scare you RE: Groommonster! My DH was really wonderful, actually, he just got a little weird about invitations, which to be fair, was what I had put him in charge of anyway. He didn't want a video and he had definite ideas about how a reception should progress because he's used to something very different than what we do in New York (he's British) Also, he was in London while I was in New York throughout the whole planning process, so it was hard to involve him in some things and I think he kind of felt that.

It's really great that your FH wants to be involved, and it's his wedding as well as yours, so the decisions should be made by both of you anyway. Congrats and Good luck with the rest of your planning!
