FH is such an idiot sometimes, I swear!..vent, warning

So his car is 13 years old but its a Honda, so you know those things could run forever. It runs pretty well but he always gets nervous about his inspection so he usually goes to someone he knows through someone who will pass it. But anyway, last week he went to this place cuz he needed tires and they were giving him a good deal and the boss also said since he needs his inspection, he would pass it for him if he bought the tires there. Ok, so today he goes, he sees the boss guy there and lets him leave without saying anything to him to remind him about what he said! The boss leaves, anothe guy puts on the tires and does the inspection, charges him and does not pass it! So, Im like, Why wouldnt you have said anythng to the boss????? He goes, he left! Im like, yeah, before he left!!! What an idiot, like why wouldnt you say anything. Thennnnn, so I ask whats wrong and he says something about a sensor and so I ask, ok so is is gonna fix it or what, he tells me the guy says drive it around until it gets hot! WHAT!!!! So, the guys tells FH, well you know, really ride it. So I of course interrupt him and Im like, this is crazy, he is obviously an idiot or just trying to take you or something. So he gets mad at me, saying not to interrupt him and let him finish. So I say, ok, fine finish and he says, well thats it!!! He always talks so big like, oh i dont trust people, blah blah blah and he always listens to people instead of when i tell him to take my advice. Whatever! Im like, do whatever you want, go drive it around until it overheats!

Sorry, but i just want to shake him right now. He acts like a f-en retard sometimes!
