So the obsession of the week has been my wedding dress. Just really nervous about the whole thing. Saw a really nice dress on a 2008 bride that I loved. Showed FH and he said ok, get that one. Told him that it's best to try them on and I'll figure it out when I get there. He gets this perplexed look on his face and says, you aren't going to show me? Told him heck no, groom never sees the wedding dress before the wedding day. He looked so sad!!! Told him he's part of every other aspect and this is supposed to be a surprise. He's killing me.
Anyone else have an super involved FH?

Haha!! That's sweet. I'd rather have someone involved than the complete opposite.
The other day I was showing FH some dresses to get an idea of what he likes. I like fuller dresses and I really like ones with pickups. He saw one with a pickup and said, 'Ugh..it looks like the icing on a wedding cake!'
I can't believe he hates the style I was thinking of getting!

The other day I was showing FH some dresses to get an idea of what he likes. I like fuller dresses and I really like ones with pickups. He saw one with a pickup and said, 'Ugh..it looks like the icing on a wedding cake!'
I can't believe he hates the style I was thinking of getting!
I highly doubt he'll be thinking icing when he sees you on your wedding day. Don't worry about it

Are you videotaping conversations about the wedding in our house? Because THAT is what happens every time. I never had a wedding dress conversation, but we went in to look at colors at David's Bridal one day... EVERY color I picked he didn't like!! It was so frustrating! But it worked out we finally found two colors we loved!
