FH made a BIG decision...

So you know how I had said in the past FH is very into soccer and coaching his girls travel team...Well as of this past saturday night, FH is no longer coaching soccer or having pretty much anything to do with it...
There was alot of drama going on (caused by a 50+ year old man...)and it just was not worth it for Shawn to coach anymore. He made the decision 100% by himself (which i am so proud of him for) and he finally thought of himself for once rather than other people.
I am kinda sad about it, him and i spent the past 5 years with these girls...We started coaching them when they were six/seven, majority of them are 12 now...We are going to miss the girls more than anything and thats the hard part. But I really think that this is a blessing in disguise...he doesnt see it that way right now.
He is upset about it, doesnt help that he still cant go back to work bc of his back...Everything always seems to happen to him all at once, I feel really bad for him right now...

awww just stay by his side and let him know you will always be there and support him!!...

Good for FH for making this important decision and allowing to do what is best for you guys.

And yay for you for being so supportive... I know you both have a lot going on right now, so it's great that you're both supporting each other...!!

That really is a huge decision. I've coached cheerleading for the past 8 years (and stayed with most of the same girls). There's so much other sht and politics, I might not do it next year; so I know how hard it can be to leave something like that. Maybe try to take him out to get his mind off of it. And remind him that he did what was best for HIM.

Aww When one door closes, another one opens, I am sure he will find something new. It was very big of him to make that decision all on his own. Tell Shawn to log in so we can all give him hugs! And I hope his back is getting better!!!

i know it must have been hard for him hugs for SnowA!!! But, he is doing what is best for him, so good for him!
