FH made a slideshow for the reception - but where to rent a projector?
Hey ladies -
FH made a lovely slideshow for the reception and we put it on a DVD. Our DJ said he can hook up his speakers to it, but we'd need a projector and a laptop to play it. (The laptop we have)
Does anyone know where to get a projector?
Thanks so much!

Hmm...that's a hard one. Do you have any teacher friends or family members with a Smartboard in their classroom? I have a projector from school and sometimes I sneak it out so we can watch movies in the backyard. Maybe ask around if anyone you know as one.

That's actually a great idea... 2 of my bridesmaids are teachers. Thank you! I will ask them.

you should be able to send it to a plasma. if you can't get a projector i would say to ask the DJ to throw in a plasma. ALSO - whatever you do, make sure your DJ knows ahead of time what kind of connection he needs for the audio. ours didn't have the right one so the sound wasn't THAT loud. and b/c i know where you are having your reception, i hope you get a picture like this while everyone is watching! this might be my favorite time of the whole nigt, when our entire reception was standing around us
