Hi girls, another question... for things like programs, menus, personalized touches, channa plaque, all that good stuff... are you putting FH name and your name, or your name then FH name? What is protocol on this? Thanks!

Before getting married the bride's name is first in things like STD's and invitations, but after you're married FH's name goes first. I ordered my channa plaque with FH's name first because it will be in the reception hall after the ceremony.

Funny, Delgie and I kind of discussed this on the FB page. For our channa plaque I put my name first but he corrected me! Everything before we get married will have my name first. After we tie the knot, his name goes first.

Crashing... I ordered napkins, matches, etc a while ago when the knot had a sale and put my name first on everything. I went to bed that night and started freaking out because realized I chose the design that says 'Mr. and Mrs.' so I was gonna be the Mr! I called them up and they were able to fix it, but I think in that situation, the groom's name should come first. Lol, the things that keep brides up at night...
I heard the bride's name goes first and I think it makes sense because we're not going to be Oscar and Erika Herrera we will be Erika and Oscar Herrera! Because his last name follows his first..
