he's a chef so i would understand if he didn't want to. But he does want to. He is getting a plain band though. He is getting the date tattooed under it though

i didn't think it was such a good idea with his line of work and the area he works in, but he wants to wear it, which makes me a very happy girl =)

I really dont know how he feels about this topic. I know he plans on wearing it but I am pretty sure he is not going to wear it every time he leaves the house and I am ok with that.

ITA. FH is pulling the whole 'but i don't like to wear jewelry' thing...I just give him the stink eye so he knows the deal.

FH can't wait to get his ring but he is nervous that he's not going to like wearing it. We plan on getting matching tattoos on our ring fingers for the times that we don't wear our rings.

he's actually pretty excited about the ring. he always talks about how his dad still wears his, and he wants to do the same.

i get really mad when men dont wear it. i just dont get it.

I voted yes - he says he will wear it, he never wears jewelry, but says that will be his one piece of jewelry he wears... but with his job he can't wear it there... for safety reasons so his finger doesn't get cut off if it gets stuck on something (sounds weird... he is in FDNY and it has happened to someone in the past ... os he REFUSES to wear the ring at his job becuase he values his fingers and doesn't want to to get stuck in a tool or the door or something) lol
