SO - FH doesn't have a middle name and this is messing with the wording of our invites. I want to write that my parents are hosting and also acknowledge his parents - but it looks weird:
Mr. and Mrs. Charles White request the honour of your presence at the marriage of their daughter Carla Maria to Michael Computer Son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Computer
It's weird because he doesn't have a middle name - should it just say
to Michael Sone of Mr. and Mrs. . . .
since they share the same last name? Or should I just add my last name and keep his last name for the sake of consistency. . .
help!

Neither I nor FH have a middle name. I would just leave the middle names out totally. I don't know anyone except for the people I work with, who use their middle name initials.
I can't omit my middle name, I love it and often use it as an extension of my first name. I'm named after my father and grandfather, who has passed, and I'd like to honor him in this way.

my FH doesn't have a middle name, no one in his family does. but my family EVERYONE has an 'e' middle name, so we're all john E. smith's. I'm using my middle name, and I'll be damned if anyone says anything about it.
I sign my middle name a lot, and its important to me, so if you use your middle name a lot, use it.. if not, leave it out.
