FH says the darndest things
so last when FH and I got home we're sitting on the couch waiting for 'LOST' while my mother is watching american idol.. we ask how my nephews birthday dinner was when it hits me... SEVEN months! ![]()
so I say to FH, 'seven months' he says 'what?' and I tell him again.. and AGAIN! three times it took him to realize what I was talking about.... so then he says to me.
'about a year ago.....?'
now I'm all![]()
I dont want to ask what because I figure he'll get mad at me for not remembering something (meanwhile I remember EVERYTHING). so I start guessing... 'we booked the hall... no that was after my birthday'.... 'my nephew turned 12' (duh)... so finally i give up and he says 'we had our e-party'

me: babe, that was OVER a year ago.. it was on the 28th of feb.. remember, it was linds' birthday?
fh: i didn't say it WAS a year ago.. i said ABOUT a year ago
me: yea well you said it a little late.. considering I said on the 28th: 'aww babe, a year ago was our eparty'
fh: you must have been talking to someone else
me: no, I'm pretty sure I said it to you because you made a remark about me not doing anything and only showing up....
fh: well you didn't do anything
me: do i need to show you the finger I ripped open while gluing stones on the CPs because YOU wanted them!?
fh: shhhh lost is back on.
