Initially i didnt tell him how much my dress cost... now he knows and he mad about it. I love my dress and im not changing it! But he is making such a big deal about the whole thing - its so annoying! Men just dont understand how important it is to feel beautiful on ur wedding day!
just tell him its too late so he needs to get over being mad cuz theres nothing you can do about it lol..... just ask him would he rather you be complaining and pouty the whole wedding day cuz youre not wearing the dress you wanted lol im sure he'll say no

lol sounds like ym FH i almost spent 1700$ on a dress and FH told me that if i EVER spent that much money on a dress he would be p-oed...lol men!!

Ahh, don't let him upset you! You're only going to do this once, you should totally have the dress you want and if you can afford it who cares how much it cost. He'll get over it. Let him vent and in a few days I'm sure he'll forget all about it.

eff him! If that's your one big indulgence on your wedding day then so be it! You can't settle on a dress or you may end up buying another and it will cost more.

He shouldnt put a damper on your moment! He doesnt know how it feels to pick out that one of a kind dress- that is you!.... They can rent their attire, but it's not the same for the BRIDE.. Ooohhh...thats rough. I told FH right away b/c I didn't want to spend a lot, and had doubts, but he saw how much I wanted it and how I tried looking for other dresses that he pleaded with me to buy it. Guys only spend a fraction of the cost leading up to the wedding... so I think its really hard for them to accept the cost we have. He will get over it b/c he has no choice now. When he sees you wearing your gorgous gown, he'll forget how he feels now.

don't worry, some just don't understand how important these things are to us! my dress wasn't cheap either and i didn't go into numbers with my fh lol. he knows it's alot but also that i love it and thats it. plus he's not paying for it so relax lol.
men need to shop around and see how much everything costs!
