FH still did not get test results from.... UPDATE...

When the doctor found blood in his urine, and I'm getting worried. I know they say no news is good news but I need to know what's going on. FH mom and dad died from cancer and I am really getting worried.

I just asked FHabout his results and he said that he didn't hear anything yet... but he posted before he answered me. Ladies do you think FH got the results and scared to tell me. I am getting nerves know. What do you thank I should do? I'm thinking about calling the doctor tomorrow or going there one.

How long ago was the test? You should have him call tomorrow if its been over a week.

I would call them back just to be sure. Ive worked for doctors for years and sometimes a patient slips through the cracks. Just stay on top of it as best you can.

can you call the doctor and see if they have the results yet? maybe it came back nothing and they just didn't bother to call.

he should def call because that was a while ago....yes, no news is usually good news, but to be sure there were no communication errors i would call the office. If you are that nervous, call the number now and there should be a service number if the office is closed. have the doctor paged--that's what they are there for :)

Im pretty sure they wont tell you anything, even if you go there, they stay pretty confidential with those things.

Your right I just feel like I have to do something. I am getting so nerves. Thanks for the advice.

Hey sweetie.
I'm a doctor. Don't worry. Blood in urine can be so many things - UTI, stones, minor kidney issues and it might be something more serious although I pray that it is not.

You have to talk to FH about it. His doctor is not allowed to tell you anything. Doctor patient confidentiality.

I really think you should talk to FH. Urine results don't take over a week to get back.
