FH wants to rent a goat...yes, you read that right!

When FH asked for my dad's 'permission' before he proposed, my dad made a joke that he was expecting a dowry in return for FH marrying me. So FH thinks it would be beyond hillarious if he brings my dad a goat as part of the dowry in a few weeks.

I think FH is NUTS but he is set on this goat idea. Soooo....where can I rent a goat?

i dont think the live poultry places would be a good idea though...lol they might think ur wierd for wanting a live goat....when i was little i went in there with my mom and told her i wanted a pet bunny...when she tried buying one the men at the store kept asking why dont we want it killed and cleaned...and if we were gonna do it ourselves!!!

maybe a petting zoo??

Unfortunately there aren't many travelling petting zoos on LI...I've only found 1 and it looks like its at least $300, but we get 12 other barnyard animals too!

Maybe FH can settle for giving my dad a pony...they seem to be more accessible!
