fh won't kiss me when i wear lipstick..sooo.....

what the heck am i gonna do on our wedding day when i am lipsticked and glossed to the max???!!!!

he just cant stand the way it feels.....and if i do plant one on him when wearing lipstick..omg if only you could see his face!!! its like i smooshed his face with a lemon teehee

i have tried a thousand no transfer or all day lipsticks and they are awesome..but as most of us know... they do cake and are a pain and a half to remove and then reapply.

is anyone else's fh like this??
i will not do a nude/almost bare lip....so i keep teasing him that we have to practice to get him used to it ..and he literally runs in the other room and hides as a joke!!!men!! lol

Ask him to get over it for one day. If your lips are bare, they will not look right for your pictures. My make-up person said that you have to keep your lipstick on or reapplied ALL THE TIME!!! Let it be the first sacrifice in marriage he makes for you!

My FH is the same way...He'll go to kiss me then say 'Oh wait - do you have lipstick on?'

Trust me - On the big day - he'll probably forget about it completely!

I have the same problem, not because he wont kiss me, but because I dont want to be wipping lipstick off his face all night. So, Im going with a heavy eye and a lighter lip stick. My makeup artist said the long wear lipsticks end up being very cakey and dry your lips out.

Yeah my FH is like this and it's a good thing i don't ever wear lip stick. However, i do wear chapstick and he even hates that. So i can only imagine that on our wedding day.... we're going to end up with tons of pictures of him wiping his mouth off with that look on his face. Can't wait!

Have you tried Burt's Bees Lip Shimmer? It's an awsome product and doesn't feel like lipstick. It also doesn't cake on the lips. You can get some at www.burtsbees.com

I don't wear lipstick because of how it makes my lip feel all waxy, but I absolutly love the lip shimmer. It's all natural and it also helps heal chapped lips. I found it at CVS for the same price as on the website.

My FI is the same way...I don't wear lipstick, but when i have lipgloss on and he kisses me he bugs out! Its actually really funny!

my FH is the same way - he doesn't mind the lipstick so much but he hates lipgloss because it's so sticky...so no kisses for me either when i'm wearing lipgloss

ohh i am so glad i am not the only one whose fh is like this!!!!!

even if wear a tint ... ANYTHING he freaks... what a wuss!!! lol

the burts bees sounds cool..but i know he will still run away like i started a fire!!!

i will shoot him twice if he is wiping and grimacing in pics/video.... but then again i already warned him..teehee!!!

THANK YOU for letting me know I'm not the only one! Whenever we go to kiss each other, he looks at my lips to see if I'm wearing lipstick. If so, he either scrunches up his face and looks like he's 'going in for the kill'. or he does a CHEEK KISS! OMG! Get OVER it! I, too have this same concern for our wedding day! I've looked all over for different products, but I like the shine. I don't know what to do either!

my FH is the same way! i don't wear lipstick, only gloss or chapstick. he freaks out when he kisses me w/ that on, so now whenever i have it on and he wants a kiss, i have to warn him first. but he'll be SOL on our wedding day!
